Our next 10 Week BootCamp round starts on the 7th Septmber. Just in time for Spring! So the countdown is on!...




Each week of our round is a different challenge. It could be something as simple as sharing your favourite recipe you like to eat. It could be a planking challenge where you plank in an unusual location! Plus, 2 out of the 10 weeks we run Fitness Bingo. Everyone doing fitness bingo will get a bingo sheet. Each time you complete a task on the sheet it gets crossed off. Be the first to finish a line and you get a prizeThere's prizes for completing 1 line, 2 lines & completing the entire sheet.  

So! Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle too, and our Bootcamp workouts will get your heart-rate up! No hardcore shouting here. Just plenty of encouragement. Join our other members as they go through their paces. Your body will thank you for it!


* Due to the current COVID situation, we now offer sessions both at the park at Brickwharf Road & via Zoom. Now members have a choice of either coming to the park to train, or log in and do their session at home. And no, the session is NOT prerecorded. It's live. So if you log in and sit on the couch and watch, expect me to tell you to get off your arse!

Some sessions have been tweaked to allow for social distancing. Our boxing sessions for instance have been changed so now there's no partner work. 


How Much Does It Cost?


Pricing Structure:

$30 a week - 2 Sessions a week - If you're strapped for time and can only slot in 2 sessions every week, then this is the option for you. You still have a flexible approach to sessions, so you get to choose the 2 sessions you can make it to. 

$35 a week - Unlimited Membership - Fit as many sessions a week as you like. A flexible timetable means you aren't locked in to certain days and times. Work around your busy schedule with a choice of early mornings, mid mornings and evening sessions. 

$45 a week - Ultimate Membership - Same as the unlimited membership, but with the added extra of nutrition coaching. Learn what types of foods you need to eat to get the results you want. Weekly accountability. Ongoing support. And more!


So, for as little as $30 a week, you can get started on your own pathway to fitness! With plans for weekly, fortnightly and monthly payments via EziDebit, there's a plan that'll best suit your needs and finances.

What Happens When It Rains?

You get wet! lol

Due to COVID, whenever a session is affected by wet weather, the session will be done via Zoom. Hey, at least you'll be nice and dry rather than getting wet getting in and out of the car!

If you want to try out our sessions but can only make it to 1 session during the week due to shift work or other commitments. Then a 10 Session Pass is ideal!

At a cost of $150, the pass is valid for 3 months from the date you do you first session. The 10 Session Pass can also be used by other family members not already a member of S.T.R.I.V.E Fitness & Nutrtition. Each time you do a session, it's marked off on the pass so you know just how many sessions you have left.
